Bid live on matched leads

Every lead opens as a 20 minute auction. You see the grade, the intent signal, and the appointment window before you commit a dollar. Bid against other local contractors in real time.

Win the auction

Highest bid when the clock hits zero wins. A bid in the final minute extends the clock 60 seconds, so nobody steals it at the buzzer. Most leads are exclusive: one winner, no resale.

Pay and the lead unlocks

Pay your winning price and the full contact and appointment details unlock instantly in your dashboard. Call the homeowner and close the job.

Booked vs Raw

Booked leads have a confirmed appointment on the calendar. Higher floor, higher intent.

Raw leads are fresh intent signals with no appointment yet. Lower floor, you do the outreach.

Every lead carries its own consent provenance. You get a 48 hour window to flag a bad lead.
