Privacy
How Elite Direct Leads handles information on the website and in the app.
What we collect from contractors
Your business name, contact name, email, phone, the trades you run and the ZIP codes you cover. If you sign in with Apple, the identifier Apple gives us (and your email, or Apple's private relay address if you choose to hide it).
Your bids, wins, payments and disputes. If you turn on notifications, your device's push token.
Card payments are handled by our payment provider. We never receive or store card numbers.
Homeowner information
Leads describe homeowners who showed interest in a home service. Before a sale, bidders see only a first name and last initial, a block-level address, and the lead's grade and signals. Full contact details go only to the contractor who wins and pays, and each reveal is time-stamped.
Homeowners can ask us to stop sharing their information at service@elitedirectleads.com.
How we use it
To run auctions, match leads to the trades and areas you cover, send the notifications you turn on, process payments, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell contractor information.
Who processes it for us
Hosting and database (Vercel, Neon), payments (Paddle), email delivery (Resend), and Apple for sign-in and push notifications. Each handles data only to provide its service to us.
Keeping and deleting
We keep your account details while your account is open. Delete your account in the app (Account, Delete account) or by email, and we erase your personal details and sign you out everywhere. Purchase and consent records are kept as long as accounting and consent laws require, without your personal details attached.
